Queen Phavia in lineup for Black Bird Press Benefit, May 15th, 2pm
We are honored to announce Phavia Khujichagulia will participate in the benefit for Black Bird Press on Saturday, May 15, 2pm, at the African American Museum Library, 14th and Martin Luther King, Jr., downtown Oakland. Phavia is a multi-talented ethno-musicologist: trumpet, coronet, singer, dancer, poet, historian.
